No Returns or Refunds
Please note that due to the nature of our products as Ayurvedic health supplements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality for all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If any product is received damaged (as seen in your unboxing video), we will issue a credit note to you of the same value as the product, to buy it again.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Unboxing video is a must to claim the credit note or get the product replaced.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Please note: Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a replacement.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Upon receipt of the returned product, Magicveda will inspect and validate the claim.
Replacements or credit note will not be issued if:
● The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with.
● The shipping address provided while placing the order is incorrect.
● You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
● You do not comply with the return policy stated above.
Once approved as an eligible return, a credit note or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, no refund, credit note or replacement will be issued.
