Returns or Refunds

You can raise a replacement / exchange request within 2-3 business days from the date of ordered delivered 

All the new replaced and exchanged products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

All purchases are final once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If any product is received damaged (as seen in your unboxing video), we will issue a replacement product, if the conditions below are met

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Please note: Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a replacement.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Upon receipt of the returned product, Magicveda will inspect and validate the claim.

Replacements will not be issued if: 

● The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with.
● The shipping address provided while placing the order is incorrect.
● You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
● You do not comply with the return policy stated above.

Once approved as an eligible return, replacement will be issued upto 30 business days. The buyer must return the original faulty product at their own cost to Magicveda within 15 business days. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, no refund or replacement will be issued.
