The Oberoi family has always been fond of animals. For as long as we can remember we’ve always had pets. And this love and compassion for animals have extended to animal welfare activities. We’ve been involved personally in animal rescue operations for street dogs, cats, birds. And also, have been associated with a few Animal Welfare NGO’s as well, including donating money, and not just our time.

MagiCare is an extension of this compassion in the hope of promoting co-existence & care, where a portion of profits from Magicveda will go towards animal welfare activities, either directly, and/or via collaborations with Animal Welfare NGOs & organisations. So, when you buy from Magicveda, you not only help heal yourself, but also an animal in need somewhere

Christmas Puppies: Found on the road at 11:30pm at night in December 2019, all 3 adopted by good families.

Nishant & Hero: One of the 3 Christmas Puppies, all grown up in his home in Bangalore with his Hooman family.

Nishant & Doggo: Friended Doggo during Covid, while feeding about 50 dogs x 3 times / week, also sent him for a dislocated front leg surgery & recovery to ResQ in Pune.

Set up 8 Dog houses at 3 locations in Pune, in the harsh 2025 rains for street dogs to use as shelters.

Nishant with Oreo, a society cat, which was neutered & also treated at a veterinary doctor’s place for a shoulder injury. Now roams freely & demands treats regularly.

Baby Crow rescued by Nishant & Mrs. IK Oberoi. He fell in the society from his nest, and luckily and bird rehabilitation hooman helped him recover & grow into an adult.

Nishant, Ginger & Penny. Both adopted, Ginger is a Lhasa apso, and Penny the Indie doggie at the Oberoi home. She lives like royalty & her love language is Food!
